焊管機(jī)對生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的基本要求

1.成型后的管坯具有正確的圓管型The tube blank is formed after forming.

2.管筒尺寸符合孔型設(shè)計(jì)的需要Tube size is in line with the needs of pass design.

3.管縫兩邊緣平直，沒有高低塔焊Pipe seam two edge straight, there is no high and low tower welding

4.管縫沒有扭轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象There is no reverse phenomenon in the pipe joints

5.管縫兩綜緣沒有波浪和鼓包現(xiàn)象There are no wave and drum package in the two top edge of the pipe joint.

6.調(diào)整開口角度達(dá)到所需要的程度（2～6度）Adjust the opening angle to achieve the required level (2 ~ 6 degrees)

7.管坯沒有軋錕壓傷和嚴(yán)重劃傷等表面缺陷Tube rolling pressure without injury and serious scratches and other surface defects
